Can't believe it's the end of another year! Its been almost a year since we moved to Texas. Tom and I are relocating to The Woodlands next month. Its about 30 miles northwest of Kingwood. I will only have a 5 minute commute now! Freakin awesome..
Our apartment is going to be a two bedroom 1 bath. Its really nice. This time I want to actually put up cute curtains! This could be a disaster..
Tom is still in school and I will be a resident next month so I gotta get my school on again. :( We are both eventually going to go to Sam Houston State University. They are supposed to be building a Woodlands campus so that'll be nice! Right now they just have a Huntsville campus.
There's an update! Har har har. Bye

Hello there
It's been awhile. Life's too busy. Tom and I have been working, working, and more working. Haven't had a chance to have any real fun. Well, a couple weeks ago we went down to Cuero to help my grandparents move in and visit my aunt and uncle and cousins. It was a real hoot! On Friday we will be heading east to VA!! We are so excited to get a long break from work and to see friends and family. The last week of Aug we are going to be in Outer Banks, NC with the Seeley's for a week long beach trip and we can't wait for that either!! Ahhhhh finally relaxation!!!!!!!!!!
That's about it. Sorry we are pretty boring!

Seeley Update
Well..it has been a few months since I've written on this thing (who has time for this??) well I have time now since I have no job!!
As most of yall know we moved to Kingwood, Texas (northeast Houston) in January. It has been kind of a tough ride for us so far...but that's life, right? Tom finally got a job at Papa Johns delivering in February, which works out great because he has the experience, plus it works around his school schedule that's coming up in May! That's right.. my hubby is gonna be a scholar. Haha. He wants to go into education and teach physical education for High School which I think is great and it is a job I think he'll enjoy. He loves kids. He also hopes he can coach basketball for whichever high school he eventually works at. I think the kids will love him and he'll do awesome!
As for me, I had a job at Darque Tan (it was the only job I could find) and I quit last week because I couldn't take it anymore. The company was run poorly and they treated us like children. They also took away all my hours because I couldn't work on Sundays, so I became a fill-in, which is totally unreliable, because the only stores close to me are Humble and Kingwood, all the other Darque Tan stores were 30 minutes to an hour away. And then there was the hassle of people getting you copies of the store key. it was just such a MESS! I am so glad I quit because now I can work harder at finding something else.
Tom and I don't really hang out with anyone.. except once in awhile we hang out with my aunt and uncle at their ranch in Huntsville (about an hour away). We hung out with them on Tuesday and played scrabble and Tom and Mckay went fishing in the rain....crazy people..!! hahah.
In our spare time we watch Netflix movies a lot (lots of johnny depp movies, or brad pitt, or tom cruise...tom's fave :) I've grown to like them too, especially Johnny Depp. He's great at any role he does!
ALSOo..we've been watching the show Friday Night Lights (for the 2nd time) because it is such a great show... I encourage everyone to watch it.. it's about a small Texas town that LIVES for their high school football team. All the cast is so great and its simply a great show! We love it!
Well that is the update...hope everyone's doin well !

Married life
Married life so far is great. Tom and I are doing well and just working 24/7. He works Monday-Friday 6:30am-5pm and is extremelyyyy tired all the time. He works so hard! I work Monday-Friday as well, and my day starts at 5:15 in the morning and gets crazier with school and my second job at a tanning salon. We can't complain though, we are out of debt and making money to move to Kingwood. We just got approved for our apartment! It is really nice looking!!
There is the front of it :)
So with all this school and work, we barely find time to see each other. Once we see each other its usually around 7pm and its time to get ready for the next day. Lol. Bummer. But we try and have fun by playing SUPER NINTENDO!!! (Right now we are playing Donkey Kong 2 and Mario 3.
We are also becoming obsessed with following TV series that are already out on dvd....such as one tree hill (kind of cheesy, but funny and entertaining). Tom has also gotten me into the Rocky movies.....I was skeptical at first but I really like them. Rocky is such a big sweet sensitive man! Hahah.
"ADRIANNNNN"
Anyways , that is an update on married life. We are loving it and working really hard to get through this next few weeks so I can graduate and we can MOVE!!!!!! We cant wait.

How We Met
For those of you who don't know our story, I'll go ahead and explain! Last summer of 2008, I had decided to move to Orem, Utah. I had been out of high school for a year, and had been going to NOVA, and felt like I just needed a huge change. An environment change I suppose. The plan was to go out there and get a job and eventually transfer to UVU. For some reason I contacted an aquaintance that I knew from church out here in VA. She happened to be living in Orem and had an extra room in her apartment. So I signed a lease, paid the deposit, and headed out west in mid-August of '08. Crazy! How random of me, right? I barely knew anyone out there.
So I move out there, and couldn't find a job.. I had to work through temp agencies. Which was fine. I got to meet some people and hang with old friends for awhile. And meet some new guys. :) Well in September, about 4 weeks after I moved in, me and my roommate were hanging out at this guys house watching a movie...we were really bored and uninterested... so she whispered to me, hey there are 2 guys coming over to our apartment right now, we need to leave! And I was like, sure...why not. I didn't care. So we awkwardly said we had to go home and we left around 10pm.
When we got to the apartment, there were two guys there named Tom and Andrew. Now here is how my roommate knew them: Apparently she meets all the guys she knows from looking up random guys on facebook. (Which was super strange to me) And Tom happened to be one of these guys. Apparently she had been talking back and forth with him for about a year, over facebook, trying to hang out with him. They never found the time, until finally September of 08, when I happened to had just moved in.
So we introduce ourselves, and come to find out Tom and Andrew are from Fairfax, Virginia. It blew my mind! I was so happy to meet people from home. We immediately connected and talked for HOURS! (Mainly just me, Tom, and Andrew). I mean, I don't think they left our apartment until 2am or so. We just were catching up on life! I laughed at all of Tom's little jokes. I thought he was super nice and CUTE!!!
After they left that night I was determined to find Tom! And apparently he was determined to find me! So he beat me to a facebook friend invite in only a few hours! We got to talking and exchanged numbers and even immediately planned on having Thanksgiving together in Colorado. And we barely knew each other.
So after meeting him that day in September, he texted me every now and then, but we couldn't hang out because he got really sick. ( I thought hm.....is he just making that up? But he wasn't.) So in the meantime I was still on the job hunt and hanging out with new friends.
Finally, October 2nd, 2009, he called me up! And said he was able to hang out! He lived in Riverton at the time and was taking his sister to work in Provo. Ever since that day we were inseperable! We hung out almost every single day. We had so much fun together.
We even talked marriage after only a few weeks. We moved very fast. And neither of us ever doubted getting married, we fell very fast. So after jobless fun, we decided it was time to move back with our parents in November. We moved back, got our jobs back we had originally, and on December 30, 2008 (my 20th birthday), Tom proposed to me at Battery Park in New York City. It was amazing! There was this beautiful view of the Statue of Liberty. What a romantic.
And on October 14, 2009 we tied the knot! FINALLY! We are very lucky we found each other and also VERY grateful for facebook... haha...and my roommate....for hooking us up! Life has been crazy and full of surprises and we are both so happy together. We are moving in a couple of months and can't wait to start somewhere new as the Seeley couple.
